One in five people has a disability—and unemployment rates are much higher among individuals with disabilities than among the general population. This symposium, organized by Columbus and the Global Interdependence Center, convenes expert panelists, corporate and civic leaders, advocates, and industry professionals to discuss the impact disabilities have in our communities. It’s a critical opportunity to share candid conversations about the innovative ways we can tackle the pressing social, financial, and economic issues related to disabilities.

GOED Executive Director Val Q. Hale will join a panel titled “The Employment Odyssey—A Candid Conversation about Government and Corporate Social Responsibility.”
