Mr. Scott has had 11 years of experience working internationally. He has lived in England, China, Japan, Australia, Senegal, Uruguay, and Canada, and has worked in dozens of other countries.

He understands and has established public/private cooperative agreements and has worked with many regional development agencies worldwide.

Most of his career has been with Rolls-Royce Plc., where he worked in Supply Chain Management, Corporate Development and M&A. He also spent a year on a UK trade and investment assignment with the British Foreign Office at the British Embassy in Tokyo, Japan.

“I am very excited about this opportunity to work with such a great team and great partners,” Mr. Scott said. “All of us at ITDO stand ready to assist companies wanting to compete in the global marketplace. We have the right tools and the expertise to help Utah companies navigate the difficulties of international business.”

Mr. Scott will continue to serve as the director of the Americas in addition to his new responsibilities.
