Avoiding protocol faux pas in professional, business, and government careers is essential when building successful relationships. We invite you to join us at this all day seminar designed to build a strong foundation in communication, understanding, and cooperation between individuals, businesses, governments and cultures. The event will be held at Priority Dispatch in Salt Lake City located mid-block between Main St. and State St. on 100 South.

Presentations will center on learning appropriate protocol skills essential to avoiding cultural mistakes when hosting and conducting international business and diplomacy. Such skills are very important for success in international relations.

Founded in 2002, Protocol and Diplomacy International – Protocol Officers Association (PDI-POA) is an international association of protocol professionals dedicated to issues of protocol service to our communities. It was established at the first international protocol meeting held at the United States Department of State in Washington, D.C.  PDI-POA holds the highest level of collective expertise, training, information, and advice regarding internationally and nationally accepted rules of protocol.
