Revised DIBBS User Terms and Conditions

Pete CodellaAPEX Accelerators

If you use the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), you will need to accept new terms and conditions the next time you log into the system.

DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests For Quotations (RFQs) for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) items of supply.  DIBBS also allows users to search and view Request For Proposals (RFPs), Invitations For Bid (IFBs), Awards and other procurement information related to DLA. DLA often uses this reverse-auction site to bid out various projects.

The following notice will be posted to DIBBS to remind you of this change:

In order to enhance information security, DLA will be updating the DIBBS user terms and conditions the evening of 9 March 2021. After this date, all DIBBS registered users will be prompted to accept the new terms and conditions the next time they long into the system. Until the new terms and conditions are accepted, DIBBS users will not have their full access privileges.
