Information about COVID-19 grants, loans and programs

What is a Business Resource Center (BRC)?
These locations (formed in partnership with a local college or university) house and coordinate the resources of local business service provider partners to offer comprehensive services and on-going assistance to help businesses expand and grow.

Who are the partners?
SBDC –  Small Business Development Centers/Small Business Administration
PTAC – Procurement Technical Assistance Center
MEP – Manufacturer’s Extension Partnership
SCORE – Service Corps of Retired Executives

In addition, many BRC locations also house additional resources: microloan organizations, business incubators, maker spaces, chambers of commerce, local economic development organizations and investors. Many BRC’s provide training on-site via the college or university.

“Business Resource Centers offer a wide variety of services for business owners or potential business owners at no charge, and they are here to help you.”

“The BRC has been instrumental in me growing personally and as an entrepreneur. The team helped me articulate my ideas and develop them into actionable tasks which allowed me achieve my vision.”
Amber Murray, CEO of See Your Strength

“Through the Park City BRC, I took the Everyday Entrepreneur Pathway Program (EEPP) which introduced me to a new way of thinking about developing and implementing business ideas in an encouraging and realistic manner.” –Amy MacDonald, MacDonald Designs
