State Digital Connectivity Plan

Digital Connectivity Vision

We envision a digitally connected Utah where individuals can fully participate in modern society through access to high-speed internet, useful devices, and tools to achieve digital independence.

The State Digital Connectivity Plan outlines Utah’s path to achieving this vision. The plan shall include strategies that align with three goals:

  • Implement broadband connectivity statewide
  • Promote digital equity
  • Leverage federal and other funding sources
Each community is different and similar solutions may not work in every neighborhood. Individual input is critical to the statewide planning process. All Utahns are invited to share their perspective.
