The Utah Digital Connectivity and Access Plans highlight the vision, goals, objectives, and strategies of people and organizations across the state to ensure all Utahns are connected and have access to affordable high-speed internet. This plan includes the digital tools, capacity, and resources to thrive in the digital world. These two plans will help guide the state’s allocation of federal funding for infrastructure and establish sustainable digital competencies over the next five years. Many communities and organizations developed their own local digital connectivity plans, which are included below.
