About the Presenters:
Tom Gerke is the PTAC regional manager for Utah, Wasatch and Juab counties. Mr. Gerke has a vast amount of experience in the public and private sector in understanding project management including methodology, processes, tools scope management, financial tracking and scheduling and resource management. He has a focus on assisting small businesses to understand and assess the requirement for a robust cybersecurity program.
Francene Bielik is a Senior Contract Consultant for LSI. Ms. Bielik spent nearly 40 years in government service. She spent the majority of her career in Contracting as a Contracting Officer at Hill Air Force Base, retiring from the Contracting Directorate January 2020.
