The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has released topics for the new Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) 21.1 Pre-solicitation. These can be viewed on the SAM.gov website at Department of Homeland Security Small Business Innovation Research Program FY21 Pre-solicitation. Proposals are due by January 15, 2021, 11:00 a.m. MT.
During the pre-solicitation period, small businesses can review topics and ask technical questions regarding the topic areas. Technical questions should be directed to the technical point of contact for each topic. No further contact will be permitted after 3:00 p.m. MT on December 10.
