Extensions announced for some upcoming SBIR-STTR deadlines and submissions

An extension to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) submission date has been announced.

All grant applications submitted late for due dates between March 9, 2020, and May 1, 2020, will be accepted through May 1, 2020. This includes the upcoming April submission date for the NIH. We have not seen an extension for CDC or FDA SBIR grants. We highly recommend submitting as soon as possible and not waiting until May 1 to assure timely review.
