No-Cost SBIR/STTR Phase I Application Assistance

Do you need help with market research associated with commercializing your innovation? Are you familiar with the registrations you must complete BEFORE you submit your SBIR/STTR application?

If you are a first-time applicant to the Department of Energy (DOE) SBIR/STTR program and have not received prior DOE support, then you are eligible for free assistance to help you prepare a competitive application.

The DOE Phase 0 Program is provided by the Department of Energy to assist first time applicants learn how to prepare responsive applications to the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and/or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program.
