The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) released its 2025 SBIR Phase I pre-solicitation. The DOT SBIR program solicits proposals from small businesses for the research and development of innovative solutions to the nation’s transportation challenges.
During the pre-solicitation period, technical questions concerning the proposed research topics should be directed to the U.S. DOT topic authors via an online forum at (uservoice.com.)
