The Utah Innovation Center has partnered with SBIR program experts in Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming to offer a Regional NSF SBIR/STTR Phase I Proposal Lab.
At the end of this 8-session proposal-writing lab, cohort members will have gained a deeper understanding of the NSF SBIR/STTR programs to include the registration process, proposal forms and required documents, NSF evaluation criteria, team-building tips, and more. During the course, participants will develop a working NSF Phase I proposal draft. Each participant will also receive follow-on coaching and proposal reviews.
To participate in this 4-week intensive cohort with the Utah Innovation Center, applicants must represent a small business registered in the state of Utah. In addition, the small business must have submitted a project pitch and received an invitation from NSF to submit a Phase I SBIR/STTR application within the previous calendar year.
