Go Utah Board Condemns Antisemitic Statement by Tech Entrepreneur Dave Bateman

Kaitlyn ClarkeNews

Last week, a Utah tech entrepreneur sent an email to many Utah leaders claiming “the Jews” are behind the COVID-19 vaccine as part of a “sadistic effort underway to euthanize the American people.”

The Go Utah Board joins Gov. Spencer J. Cox condemning Bateman’s statement as “hurtfully antisemitic, blatantly false, and we completely reject them.”

Dave Bateman co-founded Entrata in 2003.

“The Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity Board joins Entrata CEO Adam Edmunds in saying Bateman’s comments are highly offensive and do not reflect Utahns views or values,” said Go Utah Board Chair Carine Clark. “Our Board condemns antisemitism as we equally condemn all forms of intolerance and prejudice. We welcome people from all walks of life and religions in the great state of Utah.”
