The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO) has appointed Aaron Price as its new chief compliance officer, reinforcing the office’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible growth.
Price brings a unique blend of accounting and legal expertise to the role, helping organizations turn compliance into strategic value. At GOEO, he will lead efforts to strengthen fiscal integrity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure sound governance across the office’s programs — supporting Utah’s mission to drive sustainable growth and opportunity for communities and businesses statewide.
“I’m excited to work with the great people at GOEO,” said Price. “This is a good team that is dedicated to making Utah a better place for its residents, and I look forward to contributing to that mission as we move Utah forward in a responsible manner.”
GOEO Executive Director Jefferson Moss said Price’s appointment reflects the office’s focus on integrity and long-term impact.
“At GOEO, our mission is to help Utah’s economy thrive while upholding the highest standards of integrity,” Moss said. “Aaron’s expertise and leadership will strengthen that foundation, ensuring we operate transparently and responsibly as we create lasting economic impact statewide.”
