TreeHouse Interactive™, the technology leader in turnkey SaaS Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions, today announced two key executive appointments focused on expanding into Europe and scaling the company’s IT architecture to address explosive PRM market growth worldwide. Philippe Ortodoro joins as senior vice president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Ron Hair has been hired as senior director of information technology (IT). These additions come just three months after CEO and investor Joe Wang and Kennet Partners’ announced their investment in TreeHouse, which has already doubled its workforce since the deal closed.

“When I first came to TreeHouse Interactive, I said we would invest in growth immediately,” Wang said. “With a strong leadership team in place, we will accelerate the revenue, and invest in technologies and solutions that will transform the PRM market into a differentiating technology, similar to what CRM did five years ago.”

Leading technology analyst firm Forrester Research also discusses PRM in a recent report. “You – and your partners – crave ‘modern PRM weaponry,’” wrote Tim Harmon, principle analyst of Forrester Research. “You should take every advantage you can to get to communicate with your partners more effectively… Partners regularly report to Forrester that the ‘transacting business’ element of their vendor relationship is the most burdensome and is the one thing that causes them to shift their investments and wallet share to other vendors.”[1]

With more than 30 years of experience in the sales industry, Ortodoro will spearhead TreeHouse’s channel partner growth in the rapidly evolving EMEA market. Prior to TreeHouse, he was vice president of sales at WatchGuard Technologies, a leader in the network security space, where he led multiple consecutive quarters of growth and profitability in EMEA. Ortodoro also led LANDesk’s EMEA business and held leadership positions at FrontRange Solutions and Intel Corporation.

Hair, who brings more than 30 years of high tech systems and IT management experience to TreeHouse, will lead architecting more scalability to keep pace with the growing PRM market. Previously, Hair was director of network operations and IT at Domo, a business management platform service for executives. Before that, he was the senior director of Web and IT operations at Ancestry.com, where he helped grow revenue from $12 million to more than $250 million at the time of the company’s IPO in 2010. He has also held various management positions at Cimetrix, Evans and Sutherland Computer Corporation.

TreeHouse Interactive recently moved to a larger office in South Jordan, Utah (10713 South Jordan Gateway) to accommodate the growth. The company’s PRM platform supports global partner networks for industry-leading enterprises, including Xerox, Rackspace, Sungard AS, SGI, Magento, National Instruments, CommVault and Quantum.
