Utah’s Every Kid Outdoors (EKO) Initiative expresses a commitment to promoting a healthy active lifestyle for our youth and will encourage youth to spend more time in the outdoors engaging in activities that will benefit their physical and emotional well-being.

These 10 activities can be done in your backyard, a city, National or State Park or in the thousands of acres of US Forest Service and BLM land we are lucky to have here in Utah. Get creative and see if you can check them all off this year!
