USBCI For Lenders
This content is for banks, credit unions, revolving loan funds, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), revolving loan funds, and non-profit lenders interested in participating in the Utah Small Business Credit Initiative (USBCI).

USBCI includes two programs:
- The Capital Access Program is a flexible loan loss reserve program that provides lenders with a way to fund projects considered too risky for conventional lending.
- Eligible lending partners include banks, credit unions, and CDFIs.
- The Loan Participation Program is a program where the state purchases up to 50% of a loan originated by a lender to lower rates and expand access to capital.
- Eligible lending partners include banks, credit unions, CDFIs, revolving loan funds, and non-profit lenders.
