    • Eligible lending partners include banks, credit unions, and CDFIs.
  • The Loan Participation Program is a program where the state purchases up to 50% of a loan originated by a lender to lower rates and expand access to capital.
    • Eligible lending partners include banks, credit unions, CDFIs, revolving loan funds, and non-profit lenders.
