Utah Tech Month

Utah's tech industry is a powerful, growing force in the state's economy, contributing more than $25 billion to the GDP and more than ten percent industry growth over the past five years.

From cutting-edge advancements in AI, aerospace, and biotech, Utah is a hub for a diverse range of technology companies, from ambitious startups to established giants.

Governor Spencer J. Cox has officially designated February as Tech Month in Utah.

We invite Utahns to participate in the various tech-focused events happening throughout the month — engage with and contribute to the ongoing success and future of this vital sector.

Fostering a Pro-Human, Connected Tech Economy

Tech acts as a self-sustaining engine within Utah's economy. To ensure its continued growth, the state is adopting a generational, connected strategy that looks beyond traditional development. This approach focuses on maximizing Utah's appeal to founders and tech professionals by emphasizing a high quality of life and "pro-human" leadership on topics like AI, ensuring that technology serves and empowers its people.
