NASA’s 2025 SBIR and STTR Phase I Topics Now in Pre-Release

NASA has unveiled its FY 2025 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase I solicitation, inviting small businesses to propose novel solutions for advancing NASA’s missions. The program supports technology development in areas such as aeronautics, space exploration, and Earth science. 

The program has pre-released subtopics and will host “Ask Me Anything” sessions during the week of December 9, 2024, to assist potential applicants.

Important Dates:

  • Opening for Submissions: January 7, 2025
  • Closing Deadline for Proposals: January 22, 2025

Topics Include:

  • Zero-Emissions Technologies for Aircraft
  • Robotics Systems
  • Thermal Control Systems
  • Space Nuclear Propulsion
  • Air Traffic Management and Range Tracking Systems
  • And more
