Archer Technologies International, Inc. is an Oklahoma based company with deep roots in the state of Utah. Eleven small businesses in Cache, Davis and Weber counties provide manufacturing support as part of Archer’s Manufacturing Partnership Network (MPN).

On Nov. 29, 2018, Archer Technologies was awarded a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract by the U.S. Navy for up to $11,896,710 to manufacture spare parts for precision-guided munitions. The contract forecast is for the manufacture of over 258,000 assemblies supporting precision-guided munitions, and the majority of the items will be made in Utah.

November’s award — coupled with a previous five-year, $5 million contract with the U.S. Air Force for manufacturing the LAU-128 launcher rail assembly — demonstrates both the importance and viability of Archer’s Manufacturing Partnership Network.

Work on these two contracts is expected to be worth more than $7 million to the 11 Utah manufacturers over the next five years.

In addition to manufacturing, Archer Technologies International, Inc., along with GOED’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center, assist MPN team members in meeting requirements for government contracting. This value-added assistance provides MPN companies with growth and an expanded knowledge base supporting government contractual requirements.
