The Salt Lake office of CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing rights for five pad sites adjacent to the new Harmons Neighborhood Grocer in Santa Clara, Utah. Located at the intersection of Rachel Drive and Pioneer Parkway, the pad sites range from 4,000 square feet to just over 8,500 square feet in size. Retail specialists Russ Harris, JR Moore and Stephanie Buranek are overseeing the listing.
“Harmons has made a significant investment in this area, and has done so in a sustainable way,” stated Stephanie Buranek, Associate. “Having such a strong anchor tenant provides the ideal opportunity for retailers looking to establish their business in a well-populated and attractive location.”
Harmons has been expanding throughout the state of Utah and currently operates 16 stores. The new Santa Clara location was constructed with a focus on energy efficiency; in addition to LED lighting, and other green measures, 40 percent of the store’s power will be provided by solar panels located on the building’s roof.
Russ Harris, vice president, added, “CBRE shares Harmons’ passion for being good environmental stewards, and has successfully worked with them on multiple transactions. We are excited to cotinue our working relationship with such a well-respected company in an effort to bring new business to the Santa Clara community.”
