Several components within the Dept. of Defense (DoD) pre-released SBIR 2023.3 and STTR 2023.C topics for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

IMPORTANT DATES:
- August 23, 2023: Pre-release begins
- September 20, 2023: BAAs opens, begin submitting proposals
- October 4, 2023: Topic Q&A closes to new questions at 10:00 a.m. MDT
- October 18, 2023: BAAs close, full proposals must be submitted in DSIP no later than 10:00 a.m. MDT
