The Department of Defense has announced the pre-release of the following topics on the annual 24.4 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA): Army SBIR Release 17, 18 & 19, and Navy Release 2.

Important dates:
- June 11, 2024: Topics pre-release
- June 26, 2024: Topics open, begin submitting proposals in DSIP
- July 16, 2024: Topic Q&A closes to new questions at 10:00 a.m. MT
- July 30, 2024: Topics close, full proposals must be submitted in DSIP no later than 10:00 a.m. MT
